I hear you, I want to point out.....its ok to lose the court case, & the property. What about the millions paw put into this property? That money should be returned to PAW. Paided out by whoever gets the land claim, or their gov't. legally in Canafa /usa they can not take the property away, then all the cash on top of that. If this the case, Kenya is in serious trouble. With no stable gov't, & companies now thinking twice before doing business in Kenya. Will not surprise me that Kenya is a country where ISIS can operate freely, as 90% are Muslims who knows maybe ISIS will develop this project, Btw I do think isis is better for kenya. As John the Jehad will no who to handle these corupt gov'ts. Rather than us stupid Christians/Catholic, trying to solve this in a diplomatic way. One would think Kenya wants usa money, support, & protection. Good luck Kenya. Anything bad you will never have my support Or sorrow, because they picked the path to follow. If I am correct we are better off 1000's of miles away, in our beautiful country, with freedom, and a fridge full of food, I would never trade for a positive out come.I thx god who put me here not there.
