Hopefully this judge sees this case for what it is. PAW had the guts to stand up for what is legally theirs (ours) and got punished for it because the deposit is so huge, the Kenyan govt felt they needed to get a piece of it. The fact that their own courts have not fully supported BalalaBlahBlah, should accont for something in this ongoing saga. Unfortunately only time will tell and with the history of this government, we are going to need a lot of it, that and patience.

UPDATE ON CORTEC'S APPEAL IN KENYA'S COURT OF APPEAL
Further to Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp.'s press release of Aug. 27, 2013, about Cortec Mining Kenya Ltd.'s (Pacific Wildcat indirect 70-per-cent interest) filing of an application in Kenya's High Court, and press releases of Oct. 15, 2013, Nov. 13, 2013, Dec. 18, 2013, Jan. 20, 2014, Feb. 19, 2014, March 24, 2014, June 26, 2014, Oct. 24, 2014, Nov. 13, 2014, Dec. 15, 2014, March 6, 2015, March 17, 2015, and March 23, 2015, providing updates on Cortec's application in Kenya's High Court, and the subsequent judgment handed down by the honourable Justice Onesmus Mutungi on March 23, 2015, and advised to the market on March 26, 2015, the company's Kenyan counsel has advised that the memorandum of appeal, application for injunction pending appeal and supporting affidavits have now been lodged in the Kenyan Court of Appeal.
This appeal is in response to the whole of the judgement handed down by Mr. Mutungi on March 23, 2015.
