No they dont, same as last year, it is NOT PAWS fault, they are being held up by the Kenyan Government in order to file, they are not supplying the papers to do so thereby thwarting PAWS compliance, so it will eventually come, if that were the case, they would not be allowing them to trade at this time, we were on a Halt recently because of that and then put back on.
