Hey they have appointed a Canadian to hear this case, so with that and an Aussie, all could be good.  At least it is moving forward

November 10, 2015	Following appointment by his co-arbitrators, Ian Binnie (Canadian) accepts his appointment as presiding arbitrator.
November 12, 2015	The Tribunal is constituted in accordance with Article 37(2)(a) of the ICSID Convention. Its members are: Ian Binnie (Canadian), President, appointed by his co-arbitrators; Kanaga Dharmananda (Australian), appointed by the Claimants; and Brigitte Stern (French), appointed by the Respondent.
