Ltd. and Stirling Capital Ltd. and Cortec Mining Kenya (CMK) on July 7, 2015, the company has today been advised by the ICSID tribunal, Washington, of the completion of the appointments of the arbitrators for the above-mentioned arbitration.<br /> <br /> The party-appointed arbitrator for Cortec UK, Stirling and CMK, is Kanaga Dharmanada, SC, from Perth, Western Australia. Prof. Brigitte Stern from France has been appointed by Kenya.
