RE:dead stock?

There was some sort of motion filed in January relating to their action against the Kenyan gov't.  If successful, would likely be a large settlement but my understanding of these tribunals is it can take several years to play out.  I doubt we would see this stock trade unless they are successful and are actually able to collect on a judgment.
