really?
i had written this company off years ago.
i figured we're not going to get anything out of it and it has been sitting there with big fat $0's for a while.
Do we really believe this court case will be a win for us; how realistic is that?

okay, so lets throw out this scenario, nice round numbers. this co. has 200 million shares o/s and they win. after paying off everything, they have $1 billion left. Would you say at that point the shares would be worth $5/share? straight cash over shares o/s? do we have an honest and realistic expectation of what the win might be? will this be done and settled, one way or another, this year?
