The project site is situated in the rolling hills of the high desert region of the far western Snake River Plain and consists of 455 unpatented lode claims and three patented lode claims all totaling roughly 8,280 acres. The Company’s subsidiaries include New Sleeper Gold LLC, Sleeper Mining Company, LLC and Calico Resources USA Corp. Calico Resources USA Corp., which holds its interest in the Grassy Mountain Project in Oregon.

Insiders Buying!!!!!

Insiders Buying!!!!!Chris Crupi and Rudi Fronk added to their holdings this past month...........Crupi added 1.0 million shares and Fronk added 800,000 shares by exercising options at .65 cents and .88 cents........this cash is not small change and flows into the company's treasury.

They are going on another global Road Show later this month covering all of the elite money center capitals in Europe. The last time they did this we saw good news follow and a huge upmove in the share price.

I believe we will see more positive news very soon and another upward move in the share price.
