RE: RE: RE: Sleeper Awakens

RE: RE: RE: Sleeper AwakensThe comments came in CDE's just released earnings report............The parties have not further commented but IR at PZG stated to me today that they feel there is nothing of substance to the CDE claim.

I am sure PZG will respond tomorrow but we have claim and I'm sure counter claim pending.........How PZG could drill over into CDE's property is beyond me...........but it is clear that someone is in the wrong and it can be quickly established who. What are the ramifications.....who knows? If PZG drilled over the line is there any harm done?
If the Don Ese vein runs into PZG property at length and depth, then we are ok......I don't see how a major intrusion could occur with all of the GPS and satelite tech available and if it's only a small intrusion it should not be a major issue.

Tomorrow should futher illuminate this matter as PZG responds.
