above 0.2

Copper at 3.57 now.

Nice slide 18, comparing MC of other companies with 1% copper at surface.
If the MRE points at +30mt => bring on re-rating towards 0.5 and higher

I remember this project. It isn't a new story at all. Ex-In acquired it an extremely long time ago, and it was them who believed in it's potential as a low grade disseminated open pit operation - not QCCU.

QCCU knows their version of the story (that they were the ones to digitize data and re-discover project as a broad disseminated copper resource) is easier to sell to the market. Truth is Ex-In did more than just "sporadic" drilling. It was them who digitized the data and estimated 40 million tons of copper at 1%. They tried to advance this for many years but were capital constrained, and ...more

I might still have a copy of their technical report. Maybe QCCU will have better luck selling it to a mid tier.

Assumung Ex-In never advanced to the PEA / Feasibility study point at Opemiska?  Selling to any tier at a significant premium would be great.  I can wait around for that :)  QCCU Investor overview outlines differing thesis on the properties  -https://qccopper.com/site/assets/files/2670/qc_copper_gold_corporate_presentation_2020_12_29.pdf Starting premise for QC Copper & ...more

"Starting premise for QC Copper & Gold was to develop an open cut operation mining high grade veins either left behind or undiscovered by Falconbridge   But we had a theory… – What if there is also broad disseminated copper mineralization?" Again, my whole point is that this isn't true. Broad disseminated copper was Ex-Ins theory, which is why QC acquired the project.

And so what? Are you saying Qccu is not a good investment or are you picking on semantics? If the former, I have yet to hear any good reasons for that. If the latter, you're just wasting time
Comment by Bvukmanic on Feb 01, 2021 11:05am
You're an idiot.
Comment by Bvukmanic on Feb 01, 2021 11:14am
The stupidity on this site is astounding. You erroneously call it semantics, regulators might think otherwise.
Comment by Poriemon on Feb 01, 2021 11:26am
Then inform me, or else you're just bashing. Does this change the investment thesis on QCCU at all? Or are you just trying to sow discord?  You're not bringing anything more than random trivia that has no insight or analysis, and doesn't make a difference on whether economic resoources are there or not, and on whether this will be a succesful venture or not, but you're trying ...more

Well good thing we're in a copper bull market then.  Also, not sure I believe you that they had a defined resource - why would we go through all the work of twinning the drill holes?
Comment by Bvukmanic on Jan 30, 2021 10:25am
Pretty much all metals are bullish right now. I didn't say they had a defined resource. You don't have to believe me, do your own research on Opemiska. I just looked and Ex-In still has a presentation posted from 2014.
