A stupid financing
Done at rock-bottom and not required. They should have dumped Baselode shares to make up for any real or perceived cash shortcomings. Another one for IROC to look at as the news was out last week, though not officially.

I've been watching this one from the sidelines, but considering taking a small position at current levels (0.125 Bid / 0.13 Ask). Any insights as to why QCCU is trading at these levels? Seems like a potential short term trade opportunity here at the very least. Thanks in advance

Stupid financing???? As any other junior explorer they need money to operate. Dump baseload shares? Not an option. Why dump now if they can sell later at better price? Look at the terms: no warrants and they are long term shareholders. Minimum dilution and good amount of cash in the treasury to keep going
