Nice close .70 cents, how hard would it be to take it to $1?

It appears that the big picture is to come up with enough money to do a lot of drilling without overdiluting the stock. ( great management model )

Given the current market sentiment and momentum on QEX, it's low share float of only 21 Million, outstanding and the proven leadership, if the stock appreciates to over $1, they can easily raise $5 to $8 million an not over dilute the stock.

Please allow me to reboot my thinking, given that Newmont already holds 16% of QEX's shares, what if Newmont agrees to do all the drilling on a Royalty bases, could that happen.??? or what if Newmont aggreed to the PP at $1 as they have a lot of cash in the Bank.

This bullish pattern implies that investors see opportunity to make money and I am prepared for all eventualities as bids are building up.

G - Unfortunately, it’s likely that Questex will do something this year (option grants and/or financing with warrants) which benefits the insiders and the bankers.  There will be some dilution.  It’s very rare to find a company that doesn’t take such actions before achieving success.  An analogy is the mafia which takes its cut.  I think Questex’s chairman has a Goldman Sachs ...more
