Thanks, so QXP owns  600,000 Intelliconn Shares (13.5%) 

GEA were going to buy Intelliconn for $18M (announced in Jan).

And there was a common director on QXP board and GEA. - Jeff Decter

But according to a press release by GEA. The deal to buy Intellicon is not taking place and Jeff Decter resigned.

So I don't see GEA important going forward.

Are you are a shareholder? Are there any shareholders/bagholders on here apart from myself?
IF there is, I want to organize some legal action, and sue management. 
Quattro still has some assets....something should be salvageable for minority shareholders in the receivership. Provided it doesn't get stolen by management...
