AGM vote question
AGM vote questionWhy is there a vote to change the ByLaws of the Corporation reducing the notice period required for board meetings from 4 down to 2 days? Where is the benefit in this change? What are the benefits to this change? OK, time is money in todays fast pace business world but reducing the time makes getting from lost in Vietnam to Toronto in less than 2 days difficult, maybe impossible. This could shut out an important voice.
The gold isn't leaving the ground anytime soon, been there for a billion years so what the quick need to get the board members together?
Ideas?
