48 hours notice...

48 hours notice...The AGM May 5th had a motion that I assume was approved allowing for a directors meeting to be called in half the time as per the by-laws from 96 to 48.  Strange actions, first the gold flowed billions of years ago into this world class fault, then the internet brought us instantaneous information and now QMI need to meet in the blink of and eye!  I guess this is called progress.
The time is near for this feature to be utilized by the buyer.  It now looks something like this:
AEM buys QMI and possibly KGI (outside chance).
QMI 3.08 shares for 1 AEM share plus current QMI shareholders receive $1 per share.  This is funded by AEM through their recently released gold production numbers, >$80mm
KGI 1.97 for 1 AEM plus KGI shareholders receive $1 per share. Once again funded by AEM through their recently released gold production numbers. >$70mm.
AEM justify the purchase based on current 1mm oz doubled in three years from the recent announcements from the KL area.  2mm oz is starting to be a large producer
QMI with limited drilling have essentially doubled the value in the last year with huge indicators of a double or greater for 2011.
Now then, KGI is a long shot to be rolled into the deal but has to be considered.  KGI likely is not in play and their chart speaks to this as there is currently no, NO speculation associated as there is with QMI.  KGI has a price compression happening based on the next wave up in buying based on results and POG.  KGI needs more reserves and this addition is looking into QMI JV and Queenston.
QMI is currently being bought up by a German house amid others, the play is coming to an end as there is still no insider buying as they cannot be seen to muddy the water with their inside knowledge.
AEM buy Queenston now for the known and undiscovered mineralization set in this zones upper strip mine ore and 5500 foot golden hot spots.
I believe this is what JacksonABC123 has been pointing to for weeks... the end is near stay in the trade, WE ARE LOOKING AT THE LATE SPRING OF qmi TO GO ALL THE WAY.
I hope the valuation is not too conservative.
