In The PastI have put these question to QMI management.The response basically came in two parts.a) you would be best asking Shelly about his sales andafter i pushed a bit harderb) Shelly has been an investor in QMI for a very long time. He is an investor and promoter of QMI. More than likely he is selling shares to new investors that he has introduced to the company as the volume of shares are not readily available on the exchange.
