QMI is officially in play and OSK must pay a 22M break fee if they do not close the deal. They have a good start.
There seems to be 45% retailers, which a portion need to tender for this to close. I would imagine a hold out for more will be beneficial to retailers. If AEM starts bidding it will make it more interesting.
BTW, when was the last time more than 2M shares of QMI traded in a day? Who is doing all the buying today? :)
