Cabbie.............. MSFT will appeal because there is precedent in the case against Amazon which IPA lost.......... I believe it's to do with the same patent........voice recognition...Siri.......If ever Qtrh does collect something in the future that's great, but not depending on it........

Yes, there will probably be an appeal by msft. But go back and study the docs and the court' rationale for its decision in Amazon. Msft is totally different than Amazon. Evidence of that is that msft could not raise the Amazon defense because of the way the technology was used on Cortana. Can't you cebtate for a moment being on the right side of the decision.
