Agreed Cabbie,  RL buying is showing he believes in the product/plan going foward and creates a positive sentiment for Quarterhill for the long term.  Not necessarily whether no news will be coming in the short term because of this transaction.  I don't believe it was RL's intention to invest for a short term profit. This would not look very good on Quarterhill.
