Rubys Private Placement

Rubys Private PlacementHere is what I have been told. Rubys Private Placement should be completed in approximately 2 weeks. It will be oversubscribed by 12 percent. We will have to wait and see a news release that should be out to confirm this. The Mikuvia has been very  very dry all season and they did not have the water to run the equipment. The well that is on the property can not supply enough  water for the test mine. They have built retention ponds to hold the water from the rainy season. I hope that they are able to contain  enough water for all their test mining for the coming season. Also they want to drill a couple of holes to see if they can come up with good results to show that it is a hard rock deposit also. I am sure that a lot of the shareholders in Ruby already know a lot of this. I am trying to find out and give everyone as much info as possible on what I have been able to find out.because I know once the rainy season starts we will not be able to get a lot of info till the rainy season is over and the drilling starts. Toby and Rob will be at the Chicago Conference in April so if you have a lot of questions you can get all the info there.
