RCFEF: big % jump on low Vol, found this...

Dear Fellow Shareholders,

We are now closing in on the end of the summer holiday season and we can expect most investors will return to the markets with certain expectations and a sense of optimism. I particularly like this time of year for bottom fishing some of my favorite stocks and usually see great value and return with this investment strategy, particularly with the ones that I stay in touch with on the management level.

As we all have seen and heard many times in the past, " timing is everything " and staying informed and keeping close tabs on a company's stock can bring quick rewards and even higher returns when we exercise patience.

This of course brings me to RainChief Energy and all its up side potential with the Gulf Jensen property as its key asset.
With our operating partner, Nueva's Norman Mackenzie, and his years of experience and many successes, I believe we have a real window of opportunity to present RainChief to a select group of financiers and Oil & Gas companies.

RainChief is an exciting opportunity for cashed up junior Oil & Gas companies that could acquire an interest in a well structured company and at a great price. Over the last several weeks I have taken on the roll at RainChief to bring our opportunity to the attention of select financiers and junior North American based Oil & Gas companies.

I can tell you now that we have been received very well and that our team is working hard to help accommodate the level of interest we have with us at this time.

The Permian Basin / the Price of Oil / RainChief's Geologist

Some of the largest Oil & Gas companies in the world have invested heavily with in the Permian basin area, Chevron, Shell, with the largest producer in this region being Conoco Phillips just to name a few. When the price of oil begins to close in on $100 a barrel the mood quickly changes, mergers, acquisitions, and financings all begin to close at a rapid pace.

I personally have experienced this kind of timing in the past and now see a trend beginning to take shape. There are many analysts in the market at this moment, convinced that oil will break $100 a barrel before the years out and continue upwards in 2013. If true, this would certainly keep things interesting in the investment community amongst the micro and small cap oil stocks.

We have been very fortunate to have on board with us, Thomas Markam. Below I have taken the opportunity to share with you a snap shot of some of Thomas's history, If you haven't already, please take a moment out to get familiar with our Geologist and know that Thomas is hard at work preparing for RainChief's future.

Thomas Markham, Senior Consulting Geologist

Quote:

Mr. Markham is a professional geologist specializing in evaluations and management of oil and gas plays in the mid-continental U.S. Since receiving his Masters of Geology, Mr. Markham has focused on oil and gas plays in his 35 years experience.

He began his career working with BEPCO, ARCO and then TENNECO, acting as geologist on a wide range of projects including the Pinon, Allen Hill, Brunson Ranch, J.D. Shale, Brown Bassett Extension and NYY projects. During this period, he directed 15 graduate-level geologists and managed exploration budgets up to $21 million.

He has recently acted as Chief Geologist in charge of the supervision and generation of a 21,000 acre Pennsylvanian gas play in the Permian Basin. In Oklahoma, Mr. Markham was instrumental in the play’s development and finalized negotiations with the Osage Tribe of Oklahoma for drilling rights on 57-quarter sections (9,120 acres).

He has been an independent oil and gas geologist managing project generation and evaluation for various industry and non-industry groups primarily in the Mid Continent.

Mr. Markham has successfully drilled and completed proprietary prospects (while providing the supervision of seismic, leasing, drilling, completion and production activities) of 88 oil and gas wells (to 16,500’) in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

He was the generating geologist of a 5 TCFG overthrust play in Central Texas, he finalized a New Mexico San Andres stratigraphic play (50 to 100 MMBO at 4,000’), a Permian Basin Devonian structural play, and managed the screening and evaluation of

Springer – Atoka sub-basin prospects of the Anadarko Basin (3-D). His work has been published in the American Gas Journal and he has been invited on a technical tour of the former Soviet Union to review oil and gas assets.

He was also guest speaker at the American Association of Petroleum Landman’s (AAPL) “Buying Oil and Gas Properties” seminar.

In closing I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patience and support.

I realize that it has been a difficult year in the markets and RainChief has had it share of bumps in the road, however I can reassure you that I will do my part to help give RainChief the best chance possible to succeed as a Junior Oil & Gas company.

Sincerely Yours,

Larry K. Davis
