Why is their no update on permit application?

I recall both the CEO and Gentile saying permit news would be by year end and that was September 2023. Not a peep from leadership since. I'm guessing they are waiting to pad their pockets with cheap 5 cent share options at the annual meeting. Move on to better names if you can even get out here as the move is juniors is here but ROS wont participate IMO.
