So about 13 million shares to go?

So about 13 million shares to go?So if my math is correct, Red Eagle needs to accumulate about 13 million more shares to reach the 50.1% threshold.

To get there, you could have a combination of additional shares tendered and open market purchases. Meantime, on any issue that would be put to a shareholder vote going forward, you've got a large Red Eagle block that is voting 43% of the shares.

Hopefully just a matter of time. Correct me where I am wrong or if you have additional understanding of the tender process that would be worthwhile knowing.
