The mine will operate and produce.  But, there are too many shares outstanding.  As you imply current shareholders will be effectively wiped out.  Some people will make some money after the restructuring. 

All we can do is to make sure that Ian Slater can never screw investors in any other projects of his.  Nobody should ever invest with him again.
