RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Any newsAs far as I know, the biggest shareholders are also the main lenders to the company. According to Kallpa Securities (Lima, Peru), they are trying to get a solution different from bankruptancy, that is the reason they did not apply for chapter 11 yet. Let's hope there is a deal coming on. The company has good assets, but lousy management.
