Potential dilution?

Potential dilution?Dont want to rain on the parade but Im hesitant even with the good news remember that they needed to do a rights issue. What makes anyone believe that that hasnt changed. A mining mx report pointed out rockwells need for cash to bridge them thru this downturn I dont see how thats changed even with the bettter sales report. I feel like waiting awhile longer until  they go to the market. Pj5Nerhaps it will be a bought deal at 5 cents??? Any thoughts on this appreciated.
