Dilution
DilutionI am also waiting for some opinions on the financing. It seems to me on the surface a huge dilution at 5 cents. It seems to be positive they have secured some of the financing by pp at 6.5 cents. Point is there is a lot more shares going to be out their. Might not hurt you if you are in at 5-7 cents but for the shareholders with holdings above this price this dilution is not really good imho. Probable necessary but not good. I think this will trade at 5 cents or less for some time. There hasnt been much of a market reaction . Only 240k shares traded and its down half a cent to 5.5 cents? Would be nice to know how the longs view this????
