For the record, they did say they planned to file it before the end of the year. They said it at the public meeting in St. George's in late October and it is noted at the bottom portion of the CBC coverage of the event.

"Atlas Salt plans to file its environmental registration with the province toward the end of 2023 and anticipates construction of the mine would start in 2025."

There is no deadline. Anyone's who understands these things knows they are fluid. Stop with the 'pumpers said this' and 'pumpers said that'. They said it was their plan. Yes, it was ahead of the estimated timeline SLR had in the FS. These guys will try to better every estimated timeline if they can.
