RE: McCallan Ownership -- WHY ?

RE: McCallan Ownership -- WHY ?Why is there a continued speculation as to the dealings of McCallan, which is privately held and has little or no bearing on the future shareholder value of REV shareholders. McCallan is private held and closely controlled (I presume).

What we should be concerned with is the liquid asset in Eurogas that REV now has and what will become of the 10 million shares that are up another 10% today and have a chance to reach or exceed a dollar?

Many QUESTIONS  have surfaced over the past weeks since the sell-out of the billion dollar assets. They are being asked behind the scenes and I repeat them for maybe some answers might be published in a DD format.

they are as follows:   (as you read and digest these questions, understand that the REV SP will always be a skeptical investment until the company has a credible and disease free status amongst new buyers; a cleansing if you will)

Was this a well planned ruse and executed sting on the shareholders, accomplishing several things including multiple  PP $$, including the extension of the 20 cent warrants to insure that many would buy at lower level since management posted the SP would be at or near 20 cents at the warrant expiration day, hiding the billion dollar assets from creditors, wives etc, and a classic pump and dump with false and misleading information passed by telephone calls to headquarters, and a lack of informational Press Releases (leaving no paper-trail or culpability). Past history (other companies etc) of management has many holding the dirty end of the stick.

Was there a friend of management that was later a paid pumper on the Bullboard, and rewarded with shares for his constant pumping?

Was the website a blunder or another way of hiding information and not publishing, as compared to McCallan that always had information, and not even a simple link to the McCallan site/page.

Is the oil guy on the board alive, dead, or merely factious?

If real what was his role? Or was he just there to pump the SP?

Why was there never a move to add quality and experienced management to the company; other than the Haywood girl?

Did Haywood make multiple millions of dollars, and can spin that they are losing a couple million here and now? Wouldn't you give a couple million for a 10 million dollar profit  (example)?

How amy shares were sold directly and indirectly by Officers, Directors, Mercap, and Haywood?

What does the exchange have to say about the Insider "late" transaction accounting of the directors?

Does the exchange bless these actions, or are they too weak such as the Canadian courts?

The infamous and illegal board meeting and resulting actions?  How come American holders of shares could not vote?

The 10 million Eurogas shares; what will happen to them, and if sold for cash, will the $ 10 million dollars (if sold at $1.00) just sit in the REV bank account and be sifted off over numerous lotto type payouts to Mercap, Rick & Ed and the lawyer?

The Texas report has shown that Red Mountain may be certified with 230,000 ounces of gold; yet also shows miss dealings. Why is management afraid of them and unwilling to get this information?

One of the Texans (who they sued illegally I might add) took management to a company in Houston (Limerock Partners) who at the time wanted to potentially drill the CBM; these people have the expertise and can raise hundreds of millions of dollars by simple telephone calls; so why was the deal with them not finalized, or were they just used to pump the SP behind the scenes yet again?

I repeat: (as you read and digest these questions, understand that the REV SP will always be a skeptical investment until the company has a credible and disease free status amongst new buyers; a cleansing if you will)

Some will consider this as attacking, I for one consider the a laundry washing and a chance to go forward, ever mindful and yet cautious. All of the above is what I have heard in the background rumblings and post this for a chance to hopefully move forward with a much higher share price for the current shareholders.

Good luck to all the longs and encourage positive shareholder value and SP for everyone.
