Well, I don't see why you are mentioning this company. First of all Ed was involved as an original investor and second who knows whether he is involved or not any more. However one has to be suspicious since the company trades in Frankfurt as well.

Ed and Richard are involved in destroying our company and that is significant to us. Selling all the assets and spending the money REV gets at their own will as they feel like it. Many of the shareholders (including insiders of REV) own EUGS and have formerly owned REV. The question is why are those people still supportive of current managemnet? Quite simple, they own both REV and EUGS, however they will pump one then the other and we who own REV can't do anything because they know when the pumping is relevant.. Is all this legal?Apparently it is, but  as far as I recall Conrad Black did that as well and we all know where he is now?

So you keep on playing your rip off schemes, but in the end some one will have to pay for all of you.

As the saying goes "thieves always return to the scene of crime".

It sure is going to be a long summer.
