RE: This BB is confusingMay I offer some help.
I don't rip REV, yes I am practical andfactual, and at times it may seem negative, and yes no one likes tohear anything that jeopardies their $$ investment, much less watch itsink to the current levels. Being pragmatic and factual lets look atmanagement, all 5 of them.
The girl that answers the phone-----EX Haywood
Rick -- a non educated tradesman and opportunist
Ed--- a long time miner prospector
Eacrett--the part time company lawyer
Oil Louisiana man--- only there to appease the TSX
Soask yourself, why did Wolfgang take his football and go home? He gavethem an opportunity to play, they did not, then he gave them a mirierpittance ( although substantial at $11 Million today ) and divorcedhimself and the billion dollar assets, of which I and other feel we gotshort changed. I am sure that is what I read in Stocky's post, and Iagree that although we got ripped-off we are in a better position, butnot where we could be, should be, could have been.
Behind theabove management group has always been Haywood, who by all businessstandards is way smarter, has deep pockets and people and circle ofinfluence for deals and investment opportunities. They or someone likethem is smart enough to recognize a clean-shell (once they reportfinancials as well as all the other late filings), a shell that hasrising a capital infusion (due to Wolfgang) treasury, with little orno- payroll-overhead-debt etc, and still has Red Mountain too (somesay 200,000 ounces of gold and possibly much more).
As aninvestor we did our DD, and the Polish assets were real; but thereality of all the failures to add personnel, have a decent websitewith even a link to McCallan, remember we were halted on the exchange, and it is too painful to list all the other debacles Besides that wasHISTORY which cost many dearly$$.
But I say as a business, thisdeal (REV) is ripe for someone to do something with. Monedas says thesame, and a few others too. I'm not pumping, if I were, I'd say tarsands, or gold in Venezuela (unstable govt), or tar sands in NIGERIA.Next thing we all will get emails form Nigeria (home of the biggestemail fraud boiler rooms on earth).
I am holding my REV sharesand will not sell at these prices, because I don't want the panic sellthat cost another (previously said lost $7K) shareholder $17K ( hecorrected me).
And yes I bought EUGS, maybe there ismanagement there? At least there is a decent SP and my shares at 7cents ... well, as McDonalds would say ...."I'm Love'in it!"
I do hear that this group that is the possible " business" savior has visions of Rev in the $1 and higher range.
Therefore Haywwod or any other warrant holders are very interested. Me TOO!
Good luck to all longs, and I believe there is a deal with merit.
