Well made points, but in my opinion the only recourse our management has is to demand default. Of course that won't happen because Ed and & company are part of EUROGAS, which is conflict of interest. In any case as usual neither will the exchange impose the regulations nor will we be able to do anything, because they are deaf (management) and the exchange is not enforcing regulations as it is supposed to.
We will see what happens, but essentially if regulations were followed to the letter then the agreement would be broken and our assets would be returned and of course our share price has to go up. Otherwise, the share price will remain where it is and pumpers will keep on saying that the deal with EuroGas was fantastic.
In conclusion, my estimation when the deal was made it was made to cover up inactivity of management, and get some exclusive personal deals with Eurogas.
