shareholder value ?Curtis, I appreciate your interest for United Energy, but I question the motive. Are you pumping for United Energy? I don't see that United Energy has any significant added value to Regent shareholders, other that these guys are friends. I would much rather get excited if Regents had a friend in Warren Buffet. At least then that would not be a lateral move.
Yes there is an agreement but not a significant one. Are we to assume that United Energy might take over the Regent household? Why? They already have a US shell company and have done pretty poorly for their shareholders.
The only thing I see in common is both management teams have done nothing to increase shareholder value, much less make either a real company with income.
