Buyer at .055 cents taking in stock ???

Buyer at .055 cents taking in stock ???my take is that something good and should happen soon, with in the next few months. it is obvious that delays and stagnation have been the course to omit more share being introduced (aka Warrants) which would continue to dilute the stock. See below.

July 31, 2007 Trading Symbol: REV

WARRANT TERM EXTENSION

Regent Ventures Ltd. ("Regent") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the extension for one year of the term of 6,400,000 private placement warrants issued in September 2006 and due to expire, as to 2,000,000 warrants, on September 11, 2007 and as to 4,400,000 warrants, on September 19, 2007. The extension of the warrant term is subject to the acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange. Upon receipt of Exchange approval, the 2,000,000 warrants will then expire on September 11, 2008 and the 4,400,000 warrants will expire on September 19, 2008. The warrants entitle the holder thereof to acquire one additional share of the Company at a price of $0.35 per share.

In a nut shell: 6.4 million shares are gone from diluting the pie even further, and anyone or any group that is taking control would obviously suck in shares at this 5 1/2 cents bargain, rather than play the PP game of old. If they really have something to offer then the wait is and was no hurry and they can do just fine buying these shares to enhance their holdings, which in turn tightens the float and should cause a nice rise when and if the playmakers decide to make information known.

One of the biggest reasons the SP fell was the constant dilution of PP shares and just maybe this part of REV history is over. I don't think that any of the buying has to do with the EUGS payments, as it is just one piece in the puzzle.
