do not get through 95% of the time.
I am persistent.
Occasionally I do get through and get to speak with someone other than an answering machine.
I ask my questions.
I get SOME answers.
They do not tell me everything.
They cannot tell me everything.
Sometimes they are busy and they cut me off sharply.
Still, I make my suggestions.
They ignore or accept them.
I SUGGEST TO THIS BB THAT YOU TRY IT YOURSELF INSTEAD OF ASKING ME.

What little knowledge I gather, I add to the BB .
When I add my speculations and rumors, I say that they are rumors and speculations. I do not present them as facts.
I complain and I compliment management.
