RGVNF PROXY
I called my US Broker.He asked for my account numbers and put me on hold, When he returnedhe gave me a series of numbers to use with each account when I calledPROXYVOTE.COM. He said all I had to do was call them, follow theirinstructions, use the numbers he gave me and I could vote.
I have not used this information YET, as I am still waiting for the news release to make up my mind.
I too called my brokerS, got a handful of control numbers, NONE of which worked on Proxyvote.
Kept pushing to get the right to vote.
It was finally discovered by my broker from Proxyvote that US SHAREHOLDERS CANNOT VOTE.
And then, on December 6, CP announced:
I have decided not to wait for a news release to cast my vote. If the news release comes out tomorrow (or soon) and it is positive and the share price begins to rise, I have guessed correctly. If I am wrong then act accordingly.
Now we know why. You called HQ. They "authorized" your control numbers. And then RW "closed the AGM" to additional Proxies from the US side.
Brilliant. CP and RW really stink. You guys are GOING DOWN!!!!
We're pissed. And we're not going to let this slide. Not anymore.
