Class Action Lawsuit -

For who - the shareholders of REV.

Against who - the board of directors of REV including the CEO.

For What - Fidiciuary mismanagement, i.e. not acting in the best interests of the shareholders of REV, misleading press releases, and possibly other activities which may be exposed by an audit of the books during the discovery phase.

yeah, the US shareholders are left holding non-voting shares, but the Canadian shareholders have also been ripped off by REV management.  So it's for everyone. 


You can believe Curtis all you want.  As for me, I find his posts to be misleading and sometimes double sided and of dubious timing. (i.e. RW will release a PR prior to the AGM, so please be patient).   Just a few months ago he was touting all the wonders of the new new KX100, which has pretty much turned out to a bunch of smoke.  The question is was he a willing dupe or was he mislead by RW?  Either way, he is a purveyor of misleading information.  And the reason RW can't post a PR is that he has NOTHING LEGITIMATE TO POST. 

The big quesiton is "WHERE'S THE BEEF?"  There ain't none.

I don't know about you, but I invested in REV based on some perceived potential a few years back.  RW has not been able to capitalize on that potentail except for himself by manipulating bogus information through "an unofficial channel" so that he can engage in a pump and dump scheme (as Jenny pointed out many posts ago).

If you don't want to make money and RW will bring you into his secret group of insiders, then you can make money from the pump and dump.  I'd like to make money the old fashioned way, by investing a company that CREATES WEALTH and ADDS VALUE and benefits the planet and the shareholders.

REV has not been that company.  It's time for a change.
