Wolfgang is the only guy associated with REV that isn't getting screwed by RW.
In fact, he's got REV floating EUGS a boat load of money.
If I'm Wolfgang, I wouldn't pay it back either.
RW would just waste it on some dry hole in north Louisiana.
Better to let Wolfgang manage those funds instead of RW.
