Kinross .. our ticket ??? For each Common Share of Underworld, Kinross will offer 0.141 of a Kinross common share, plus
.01 in cash. The Offer represents an implied offer price of approximately $2.62 per Common Share,
Wether "bendit" was promoting something, or not since his post was so vague;however his post did appear to promote.
I did a little DD and for what it is worth, such an offer for REV would defiantly be accepted and fair considering the possible 500K oz of gold on Red Mtn and the EUGS $$ owed and EUGS windfalls etc.
Where do we sign up???
