As far as any deadlines, I hope Wolfgang does not fund any $$ that will be or could be pilfered to fellow directors.
Fact that this stock has not moved above 12 cents is not a justifiable excuse which includes comparing to other Venture exchange stocks.
Saying that a Ponzi scheme is OK because there are others is not valid as an excuse.
