UPDATE ON OIL AND GAS ACQUISITION
Regent Ventures Ltd., further to its news release in Stockwatch on Dec. 10, 2009, has entered into an amendment to the letter of intent and development agreement with the vendor and TerrOnne Petroleum Corp., which was to be the operator of the acquired acreage. As noted in the company's earlier release in Stockwatch on Dec. 10, TerrOnne is wholly owned by Kenneth D. Pilgreen, a director of the company. To eliminate concerns of the TSX Venture Exchange in connection with that relationship, through the amendment Terronne has withdrawn as operator of the property and as a party to the agreement. .........
