again why?? the spin and miss-directionfrom what I was told it was on the very eve of Wolfgang coming to the rescue with Eurogas, McCallen etc. so that is the date, like it really matters.
since then, what really matters is the stock (outstanding shares) have been diluted numerous times, money ill spent, and a hoard of other incompetent measures, such as trading halted, web site failures, KX100 scam, world cup expeditions, fishing trips, New Jersey trips, Mexico trips, Red Mtn failures and cover ups, etc etc etc.
anyone doing their DD has to look at these things, Google the Directors names etc and see vast incompetence and therefor not get on the buy side of this pig .. same goes for United Energy I suppose.
negativity hurts, truth hurts even worse, and pumping these debacles constitutes a near fraud scenario.
