based on the above the Texas boys I hear were instructed to send all their work back to REV, and if your buddy thought it worth he would pay them .... based on the malfeasance they saw they opted to keep their work, taking a loss rather that have your buddy steal it.
lastly why again screw all the shareholders by issuing ALMOST 20% more stock.
and the very last .. how many shares has he/they awarded themselves and SOLD .. what % of such is it???
PS don't use other incompetence in the Venture exchange to offset this incompetence
