If the gas and oil property is as good as expected, the roads are completed and the drilling begins around May 15th you may win forecaster of the year award. Plus if the crew arrives at Red Mt. for the season, end of May beginning of June, and things begin to pop there, you may win underestimater of the year award.
But as far as a price, I will leave that to Doggypump and the others. Give us a guess fellahs.
