Better stil Curtis...why not ask who would sell 1.5M shares at these low prices?Why no flap on the BB as to our lost 23.5 million Euro shares.

From what I understand, until Eurogas straightens out their exchange problems there is no deal and we still have the 45% +.  .The deal is not dead, it is in limbo.

BTW, Wellington has purchases 2.4M shares exactly as of today so if there is something in place, someone wants in or its a short cover.As to the Eurogas fiasco, they are deficient in Q3 and Annual Financials so we don't have a source of future financings. Management blew $1.4M and 6M shares on moose pasture on Red Mountain, not even on strike to AM gold.Now we are out of money to continue

2.4 million...good work...Thanks for checking.  Cover shorts?  I don't think there were that many.?  Anybody have the figures?Eurogas must be straightening out their  financials with their lawyers.  He's not going to blow this deal.They drilled in the wrong place at Red Mt.  They followed the advice of a geo. who was wrong but the buck stops with them

Curtis,My sources indicate that you are correct - until Eurogas straightens out their audit and reporting problems with the exchange, the McCallan deal can not be finalized.  Right not, Eurogas can not be traded on any exchange.1. Eurogas has two options, have an auditor prepare and submit the 2-3 years delinquent filings or transfer assets and re-open under another symbol.  Submitting

Eurogas is currently dead in the water.  When and if they restart is an unanswered question. Some one posted that REV Management sold a lot of Eurogas shares before this happened which appears to be a good move as of now.  They got  a lot of flack for doing it but it looks like they may have done the right thing.I believe that Eurogas is still trading in Europe? But we can do
