Is this why...

..the high volume? It seems highly convenient that a huge volume was sold at 3 cents and 2.5 cents when suddenly you can buy them back up at a quarter of a cent if others are sick of fully subscribing and there are spares (there will be spares). It sure seems like the wild west here. Yes, I am insinuating incredible ability to read RGX plans or have a crystal ball about this Rights Offering.
