This is why it was an error! Even when I was exercising my rights my broker got it wrong the first time and thought I needed to pay 10x what was required. 0.75 cents is correct, which is the same as

The rights offering was at .0075 cents..... In the filings it is at .075 cents..... It is an error....

Why do you guys think that this was an error? The rights offering was at .75 cents per share.  When you file these reports you file them at the acquisition price, not the stock adjusted split
