Loan Guarantee

I sent Pendy an email in the middle of the the night with a thought that popped into my head. He told me they have looked into government grants etc but he didn't mention loan guarantees.
The town of Greenville 15,000 population and the county will benefit big time from the RGX operation when in full production. RGX will supply 70 ish jobs to the community. It might be time to go to the town/county fathers on bended knee and ask for a "loan guarantee " of $5,000,000. With $5M in a line of credit we would only be paying 7/8% interest on the portion RGX has in use at the time. The USA have smaller local banks that would probably love to fund an operation which is directly helping the communitty !!!

Anything but an RO and Consolidation in my mind would be great!!!!

RR
PS It's not a direct today upside but even though the Iron Bull deal as announced  didn't go through we still own a portion of that mine and it is still grinding away in the background. Copper sits a $4.07 this morning . Very unimportant at this time when we are trying to keep the CC recyling op alive but something I didn't realize until our meeting last week. Thought I would share..........

Good thing I bought ...more

That's why we need the , town , county, or state to guarantee. I ask Purdy the pointed question yesterday " is the plant now capable of running 16 hrs a day 5/7 a week?  To the best of your knowledge do you feel RGX has the glitches out of the system? I said If the answer is yes give me the short answer. "Yes" If the answer is maybe give me a detailed answer  If the ...more
