Special shareholders meeting Feb ...more dilutionIf if you haven't received the proxy circular ...vote for more dilution of additional 6 million shares dsu which rewards management and board memebers. For what ? I voted against it and suggest all shareholders do the same. Odd they are pushing this now though , annual meeting is usually in May. They might take this private but Britos never uses his own money to finance projects ....go onto sedar online to see circular .
