Putting this into context ... With just a small resource of this ultra-high grade material, say only 400,000 tonnes grading at his low end, 5 ounces per/tonne or 155 g/t, one would have a resource of 2,000,000 Au ounces, which equates to US$2.4 billion worth of ore at US$1200 gold.
With the ore already being processed under tolling contracts with local processing plants, shareholders are able to forgo the waiting for permits, the studies needed to de-risk, the CAPEX money needed to build a mill, and so on, which invariably allows FCF right from the get-go..
If the geo's are correct in breaking the geological model of the Lunnon Basalt in their search for more gold, which appears they have, then without question, meaningful tonnage will be had, and the biggest question therafter is how many multiples can this stock fly having one of the most profitable production mines in the world?
